The concept of the Blue Economy has emerged as a pivotal paradigm in recent years, encapsulating a holistic approach to oceanic resources for sustainable development. At its core, the Blue Economy refers to the sustainable use of oceanic resources for economic growth, job creation, and environmental well-being.
